• Include your order number
• We'll send you return instructions (if the item needs to come back to us)
• Once we receive the item (or confirm the issue), we'll refund you within [3-5 business days]

Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging 
• Refund goes back to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable 

Not covered:

• Requests made after the 10-day window
• Items damaged from misuse
• If you used or damaged the product and ask for a return we have a machine that detects if the product has been used so pls be HONEST.
